American tech company Apple is rapidly expanding its product lineup. According to a report, in the first half of 2021, the company plans to launch a new set of Apple AirPods 3 and a mini LED iPad.
According to a research note by Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the upcoming AirPods 3 will be cheaper than the Pro models and will be equipped with high-end features such as active noise cancellation. Future AirPods can come with simple touch sensors for better experience.
The company can also offer Mini LED iPads
Kuo also mentioned in the note that Apple will also release a new mini LED iPad in the same time frame, however, no explanation has been given as to whether it will be launched with AirPods or launched separately.
Kuo said about eight months ago that Apple plans to launch six mini-LED products in its pipeline by the end of 2021.
Apple AirPods 3 will also monitor health
How advanced these will be can be gauged from the fact that Apple is planning to add ambient light sensors to the Future version of AirPods so that data such as blood-oxygen level and heart rate can be monitored.
